1. Raw material preparation: The main raw materials include silica (silica, quartz sand), sodium carbonate (soda alkali), limestone (limestone) and other additives. These ingredients are crushed and mixed to get a uniform formula.
2. Melting: The raw material mixture is put into the glass kiln and melted at high temperature. Gas, electricity or other fuels are usually used to provide the required heat energy. In the melting process, the raw material gradually melts and forms a glass melt.
3. Molding: The melted glass melt is adjusted to make it more viscous. The molten liquid can then be transformed into the desired shape using methods such as blowing, pressing, casting, or injection molding. These methods vary according to different product types and manufacturing requirements.
4. Cooling and annealing: The glass products after forming undergo a cooling process to solidify and strengthen the structure. During the cooling process, glass articles may be subjected to controlled cooling or annealing treatments to reduce internal stress and increase strength and durability.
5. Surface treatment: According to needs, glass products may need surface treatment. This can include polishing, frosting, coating, engraving, or other machining processes to improve appearance, increase optical effects, or provide specific functions.
