New Zealand wine exports soared to NZ $2.4bn (£1.14bn) in the 12 months to June 30, 2023, up 19 per cent in volume and 23 per cent in value - the biggest increase in the industry's history. The United States remains the largest export market for New Zealand wine, with sales up 25 percent this year to NZ $870 million.
